  • Health, Safety and Environmental Protection is a core objective of our business.
  • Gordon Brothers are committed to ensuring the following
  • Maintain a healthy and safe working environment.
  • Provide personnel with all necessary equipment, resources, procedures, and training as required to achieve optimum health, safety, and environmental outcomes.
  • Continuously improve all operations and activities.
  • Monitor Health and Safety statistics against measurable objectives and report on a regular basis.
  • Conduct regular audits of our Health and Safety system, which include assistance and coaching for personnel where necessary.
  • Encourage all personnel to take care and be involved in Health, Safety and Environmental matters and submit their ideas for improvements to our systems and procedures.
  • Encourage our personnel to speak up if they observe any unsafe work practice and mentor their fellow workers.
  • Comply with all legislated Health, Safety and Environmental requirements in each state and territory in Australia.
  • Deliver environmentally responsible products and services.
